Correct grammar is programm in DE. Therefore
trainingsprogramm is the right word in German.This de name is already at Sedo.net and org is free to register.

I suppose it is not word development.
Park it first and check if you get any hits.How would you develop it ?
Btw: The plural version of the de version is also parked but only the singular name .de got 1 offer.
