A little help please....if a name is listed for sale in both moniker and sedo at the same time and a bid is received from both places would there be any legal problem with taking the highest bid as long as the sales fees are paid to both Moniker and Sedo?

I know thats not the proper way to sell a domain and I know thats against their agreements but honest mistakes do happen some times. Thanks for your replies.
