Trading process

Hey guys!
I am an another newbie in this business.
Could anyone please describe a process of selling/buying a domain name. I mean how is it tranfered to the buyer and how does the buyer pay, how to do it safely, avoiding any fraud.
I heard about escrow.com but haven't really understood the process in details.

Those are very broad questions, a lot of which have already been previously answered, and definitely not answerable in one post. I suggest you read a lot of the recent threads in this forum, and if there is anything specific you still don't understand, then please post a question.

Typical process.

- Buyer pays Escrow (3rd party)
- Escrow inform Seller
- Seller transfer domain to Buyer
- Buyer inform Escrow that everything is OK
- Escrow send payment to Seller
