Trader Ratings

Hey is there anyway to reply to negative trader ratings?
I have one, but I did send the files. It just took a little bit of time for me!

So I have a -1 feedback saying that the files were never sent went they were indeed sent! Can someone please help me?

Well, he might have added the neg. TR before you sendt the file..

Just PM to staff, and they'll check with the user to confirm if that's true

Or you can always just PM one of the administrators. They will get the issue straightened out.
