Trademarks in subdomains, and with AdSense?

1. As an example, if someone has SportsCars.xxx, is it just ok to do all kinds of subdomains, like Ford.SportsCars.xxx etc, even all car names to come up with, afterall, would be quite impressive.

2. If yes above, and when using Goodle Adsense, is it ok in regards of the Adsense TOS to use TM in subdomains with adsense?

Depends.. This answer could be yes, it could be no. Usage would play an important part, plus, there is the difficulty of it being a subdomain.

Using adsense with a TMed domain is not a good idea. (though it is not a true TM domain, it could land you in trouble).
