Trademark question...

hi

i tried registering some domains such as *googletshirts dot com* (i dont know if im allowed to post the actual domain url here or type it) with cheapname, but it gave me a msg that its banned. then i went and registered it with godaddy, and it went ok.

in my case, im not allowed to register this domain?

well, then what about those thousands of domain that has been registered with the word google, or yahoo, or any trademark word....what happens to those people?

The first registrar realized you were attempting to squat on a TM and denied you, the second doesn't care.

As far as the rest of your post, please use the search box and type in "trademark" and spend about a week reading all the posts. Everything has been covered to the Nth degree...
