Tractors.com Plows Path to #1 Spot on New DN Journal Top 20

The new weekly domain sales report is out at DNJournal.com. Tractors.com plowed a path straight to the top spot on our new Top 20 chart. That was a six-figure sales as were two others that ranked 2nd and 3rd this week. One of those was the biggest .org sale reported in 2006 and the other was the second biggest .net sale reported thus far this year. Both of those domains were sold by Moniker.com in the live auction at the recent T.R.A.F.F.I.C. East conference in Florida, but the transactions just closed this week.

Among the Global Contenders, .mobi had another good outing headed by a $19,500 sale at Pool. Meanwhile, Japan's .jp made a rare appearance at the top of our Country Code chart after TravelZoo.jp sold at Sedo in one of the year's 20 biggest ccTLD transactions.
