the "nic" is a part such as interNic or such.

Could be developped into a kind of whois domain. what are the others opinion?

I agree. It is a great name for such tracing purpose. It has a good sound too, low to mid $XX resale value. But development and traffic would add greatly to the overall value, as I see it's developed, but minor development. :tu:
