The .com version of this is for sale on gadaddy as a premium domain for $4,735 although I realise .net is worth less.

Don't think you are going to find an end user for this one. You should look at developing it and getting some traffic to it. Then, go ahead and try to sell it. Right now I say its worth reg fee
