Unless branded, it's too specific in my opinion. And I don't see it as a very good brandable. Semrush reports no UK searches for the two terms. I would say mid $xx.

I don't know if I fully understand it. I tend to only buy domains that make sense from face value, i.e from the name alone.

As I don't understand, I can't say its worth anything but it's value is what the buyer want so to spend on it.

Personally, it's worthless.

It's OK to use as an affiliate site, but the domain alone is not that valuable in my opinion. Very niche tech names don't sell that well.

With Apples announcement about new pencils, you may find that any dot com with the word pencil will have increased value. Important to note they specifically use the word pencil instead of pen or stylus. That's a change in terms that is unique. I'd hang on to it for at least 6 months and see how the secondary market for pencil accessories develops.

touchpen.com would be a name with decent future potential, not so sure about touchpencil though (but maybe some kind of high tech mechanical pencil). Hang around some techy forums and look for an opportunity to grab $50 out of it, that's best case imo.
