out of this domain. In fact, i'm struggling so much,
I can't see any positives at all...

This is a reg fee domain, unless "toronto crawler"
actually means something.. e.g. it's the name of a
rare plant or what have you.

Other than that, however, it's just a creepy name
that has no real uses.

Perhaps there might be some value in that if it brings you revenue.

If I were asked to guess what the site was about before visiting it, I would have said it may be about someone who regularly visits Toronto bars.

But then another domain might make more sense like Toronto Pub Crawl.

For your info guys, there is a website up named as club crawler.com ranked #1 in google in toronto. Term crawler refers to a web robot or u can say it is about crawling toronto.

Moreover, there is some search for these keywords showing in google insights, whereas for some domains there are not even a single search sometimes!
So, i wonder u guys just leaving comment without analysing anything.

Yes, you need to add the www. It doesn't seem to resolve without it.
I didn't bother to check, because appraisals are about what the raw domain is worth undeveloped, resale value as-is. We don't appraise websites.

I doubt crawler is still generic in your personal context given that both sites are about the same theme, within the same area.

I see your domain is a fresh reg, that must the reason why clubcrawlers.com didn't send you a C&D yet. You admitted you know about clubcrawlers, so they could very well argue that you are capitalizing on their name and fame. Why did you incorporate 'crawler' in your domain name otherwise ?
I could see them possibly winning a UDRP (hope that isn't going to happen).

While I applaud your development efforts I think your choice of domain was a mistake. Personally I would pick another domain right now while it's early.
