This is one of the best topsite domains you can get, its perfect for ANY kind of topsite site you can think of. Or, you can use it for all kinds of categories, like I am currently. I already have up the scripts and systems, all you have todo is watch the activity jump. I currently have had no time to run this, and its pretty active. I have just put up this new script a bit ago, and the domain has got 230 uniques this month.

I'm not sure this is exactly a 'developed' site - it's more of a domain for sale? I know there is a script there, but in my opinion it's not developed. You might have better luck listing it in the domains forum and telling people it has traffic (assuming it does?)
