Now this topic may have been hashed out so many times before, already, but will ask it again, as I'm new here ...
What happens, legally, if a person reg's a domain, and then 2 years later, someone TM's a name exactly like the domain. Can they pry it away from the domain owner, such as if the domain owner hasn't really been doing any business with it, while the business owner has been laboreously developing the name to some rather great prominence? The way I understand some of this stuff, in order for some "properties" to truly become your own, legally, you really have to be doing "business" with it in some fashion. Thus if a domain owner just buys a domain, but doesn't "do anything with it", and someone has been doing business with that name (albiet after the domain has been originally purchased by the original domain owner), couldn't they have a case to take the domain, especially if they have offically registered the name with the gov.
Ok, any ideas in these regards, (and hope all this made sense ... ) thanks ....

Hmmm .. ok, .. - it's me, again ... so after posting this thread, I now have read the adsense thread, and it seems to already be addressing this issue ... oh, well maybe what I have had to say in my original post, can also shed some light on the adsense post .. (there was nothing in the adsense title to indicate that that thread dealt with the same issue I am addressing, and therefore I hadn't read it until after I had posted my thread, so sorry for re-hashing some stuff, here ...)
