Hmm staying in dubai i cant say it has much value there are no special resorts here (Everyting is called a hotel here) so from a point of view of a person staying in dubai its 0...but and this is important from a tourists point of view its holds value as they want resorts and dubai is exotic so it may be of around low $XXX.. i hope you understand what i am trying to say.
