topblogs.us - i could see this in high $xx range dur to the popularity of blogs at this point. collegegear.us low $xx only due to the extension and popularity.

The reason why collegegear is significantly lower is because (most) college students are looking for their gear for classes late july and august. This doesnt prevent you from making a site to go along with it, and then sell it on sedo, where websites that have traffic (which you can generate througth content and make money while you're doing it through affiliate programs) do very well.
