Top paying keywords list Google/Yahoo ??

Are there any services or subscriptions that offer a list of the top 1k, 5k, 10k or however many top paying Google or Yahoo keywords?

I've seen lists in the past and am wondering if there are any individuals or companies that release updated lists on a regular basis for free or a fee.

These lists are way to competitive, so unless you have $100k if not more to promote, theres no point.
