TOM CRUISE is taking on an internet entrepreneur in a bid to win back TomCruise.com - almost ten years after it was registered.The actor will take his case to arbitrator the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).

JEFF BURGAR, who has the domain registered to his Alberta Hot Rods company, is frequently called before the WIPO and is one of the world's best known cyber squatters.

Burgar has won cases involving BruceSpringsteen.com and KevinSpacey.com, but has lost many others involving MICHAEL CRICHTON, PIERCE BROSNAN and CELINE DION. (SC/WNWCRG/GES)
