It's short and ''to the point'' name, which is awesome, however I think it's way too narrow a niche. Basically you need to contact tofu producers and pitch it to them. IMO, low to mid $XXX (and if you are lucky!). But I can barely see the end user coming for this name if left inbound...

Burgerhub.com got nearly $2k, Sushihub.com got $500. Tofu is niche, would consider its popularity to be less than Sushi. The range for me is $89 - $399 (pretty much what VadimK said)

Thank you. . Yes, it is a very specific niche, but I think it would be very easy to position this domain
