This girl's gonna win. I predicted Ruben Studdard and Taylor Hix from the pre-hollywood rounds, I think this girl has a good chance.

She has an aaaaaaaamaaaaaaaaaaaazing voice, but for the domain I think it's worthless. Why? Well, let's look at it. If she wasn't to win, nobody would search for her let alone her name. :-/ Well close to nobody. Secondly, if her or her parents ever wanted to, they could legally take your domain. I appraise it as $0, but that doesn't mean that you can't make it worth more than that. ;)

I hate this show so much. It's such an American Idol wannabe.

You left out one scenario... what if she was to win and the parents could give a rat's *ss about a .info domain? The name will get traffic if she makes it to the final few. If she wins and later hit's it REALLY big, the domain could be worth a couple thou!

Right now, I'd appraise it at $xx to a speculator.

But it's not limited to singing.

I doubt they'd want to pursue a .info (informational) and FAN site.

It’s fairly rare for a celebrity to take action over a domain name (considering how many celebrities and pseudo celebs there are these days).

Exceptions:

1. They are not able to secure the .com for their planned official fan site.
2. The site is being used in a way that their management believes will damage their career.
3. The usage is offensive or derogatory in fashion.

Even when a celebrity does take action against someone it’s usually an established one which will likely give anyone holding one of these domains a considerable amount of time.

Happy 4th,
Kimmy

I heard this for the first time just a minute ago and all I have to say is…

That doesn't seem real...

Nice site! BTW, the word "infamous" is used improperly in the top left paragraph. The meaning of the word is...

in·fa·mous
adj.

1. Having an exceedingly bad reputation; notorious.
2. Causing or deserving infamy; heinous: an infamous deed.
3. Law.
1. Punishable by severe measures, such as death, long imprisonment, or loss of civil rights.
2. Convicted of a crime, such as treason or felony, that carries such a punishment.

I'm sure she's not all that bad!!! :hehe: Good luck with it!
