Godaddys promo codes dont work for regging more than 6 names.

Just found out this morning. Myabe everybody else knew...

Well I called and told them that was bogus. Got the discount.\

GD has closed quite a few loopholes. I was trying to get the <$4 domain deal yesterday and it wasn't working for me. I'm looking to reg 5 or 6 more domains there, so if anyone knows of a way to still get them for ~$4/domain, please let me know.

Im glad you guys learned that trick. I couldnt get it to work! Anyhow, $7.20 has been my lucky number for forever. Goox3004at is all I know. And yes I've read "that thread" a million times to no prevail.

I can reg more than 6 and use the code by adding the names one at a time. If you try to purchase 7 or more at once, Godaddy automatically gives you 'bulk' pricing, and won't let you use the codes.

Yeah, seems like they have that in place to avoid excess orders all at once.

instead of registering it for 7.20 i just use domainsite ...
