To shift hosting of websites, help needed

I have some websites hosted on a linux server which has Cpanel and WHM installed. Now I need to shift to godaddy linux hosting which doesn't have these installed.

Anyone who can manage this shift for me in the best way with no data-loss and by minimising my downtime please PMme for details. A couple of sites are Vbulletin forums.
