To Renew or Not to Renew, This is the question!

It will expire in 6 days.
It gets few uniques per day(sometimes up to 10)
Should I renew it or should I let it expire?

*ps, it regged at eNom but for some reason in whois it says NamePros, and I also get emails from NamePros that tells me that it's going to expire.

NP is an Enom reseller - is it in your NP domain account? http://www.namepros.com/manage.php
or did you get an Enom account via this link? I think that signs you up under NP too.

How much does it make from being parked? It's the Sourceforge project name for Media Player Classic so I would guess it gets few clicks.
If it doesn't pay for itself I'd drop it, unless you can sell it to the MPC people of course.

No, the domain is at Enom, and yes, I got the account using the NamePros link.
I wonder if I can renew the domain from namepros using np$ if it's under NP too?
Right now it only got visits and no clicks, but I only have it for a short while so I don't know.
I wanted to transfer it to NameCheap, as I like how they give free whois guard and also the ability to put the domain for sale, but when I tried they said that the domain can't be transfered cause it's expire soon, should I email them or Enom and ask to transfer it any way(NameCheap is also Enom reseller,right?)

As far as I know it's only registered through NamePros. It's not integrated in any way, so you won't be able to pay with NP$. It's Enom you'd be dealing with rather than NP.

NameCheap has their own interface and don't integrate with Enom at all so any transfers will be like transferring to another registrar. They don't accept pushes from Enom/Enom resellers for the same reason.

It says on their site they require 7 days to transfer so you're just too late. If you could try and transfer it, it may take longer than the time left. If it does, it'll remain in your Enom account and you'll just have to renew there anyway.

As it expires in less than 7 days, you're probably best just renewing it with Enom.

Thanx for the detailed response B33R, for some reason I thought that I have more time till it will expire so wasn't in such hurry, and I guess I missed it
So what do you personally think? Should I renew it or not?

I wouldn't.

I think the traffic would be too hard to monetize. They're all looking for something ultra-specific, Windows Media Classic, they're unlikely to click on links for anything other than that.

Agreed. Paying a mere $10 or whatnot a year for a domain that gets 10 uniques a day seems like a no-brainer to me.

None of these strike me -- and PR2 is easy to accomplish -- so I'd say: Drop them.
