TM typo

Would like to know the wholesale value of a domain with an OVT with extension of about 1500 which is a typo of a TM name. I assume an OVT of 1500 is about 10K visitors per month?

depends, if it is a tiny little niche shop, then probably not very high, but if it was something like mcdpnalds then maybe...

To my knowledge it is based on amount of searches. So I presume this got 1500 searches which probably didnt reflect into clicks.

Wow, value would depend on traffic/revenue IMO!

I know a guy who has a 1400+ OVT name making around $55+ daily! so that could = $20,000 in a year which would probably sell for $20k+ if the domain is steady and you have stats to prove it.

Thanks 4 the info. I was pressing the "buy now" button until I noticed it was a double typo :lala: . So no 1500 OVT but only 32. Almost wasted $120 + reg fees. Must be more carefully next time

Well it's actually people typing in the domain name mistakingly into the yahoo toolbar instead of the address bar (ref ). Most people don't intend to search for it when typing in the name with extension in this textbox.
