If on main website.com where is nothing written about TM of the website name, no Pricacy Policy, nothing, can i buy other extentions of the same name?

Not necessarily. They can still come after you even without all those on their website.

Yes, even then. You may or may not get away with it. It all depends on the name and the company. You can't generalize and say that just because they don't have TM info on their website then its ok to register other extensions.
