TM issues European Lawyer needed

After my website has been online for 3 years an arabic company decided to send me a c&d letter via an Italian company (i live in Europe) yesterday. They claim that i have infringed their copyrights and published confidential material on my site, which i'm not sure. They want me to delete the site and the domain in 15 days, but the site is my number one earner with 1 million visitors / year, let alone that i have spent thousands of hours on it.. Do you know any European lawyer that could help me? The domain name contains the name of their "product", but another word also, and it is basically a fan site.

You might be in hot water if you are making money off of a name with the name of their product in it... Good luck, and hopefully everything gets sorted!
