TLA CPC Program?

Does anyone know if this is legit? I received this email today:

I got the invite. I have 3 blogs (in my sig) + personalhelpdesk.com (those are the only ones with TLA)

tla already paid me numerous times for tla
now before they've launched auctionads which is also good program (cpa)
now they've launched shoppingads (cpc), i also got the invite, if you're a member of auctionads you also can use the same login info on shoppingads, if not use the code emailed to you

i think this shoppingads is here to make auctionads better or shoppingads created to fill up gaps of auctionads
