After seeing someone unsure of an auction end because of time zone issues, I wondered how difficult would it be to have a small clock, perhaps in the top right, displaying the time (UTC). And then encourage members to have auction end times according to UTC?

I am not too familiar with vBulletin, so do not know how easy to implement this would be.
Or even if there is any demand for it- any other users think this may be a good idea? Or does this then make life more awkward for the US/Canadian visitors (who make up the bulk) as you're the ones used to the PT/MT/CT/ET abbreviations?

i use http://timeanddate.com/ and it can contain several timezones (via java) that you can open up in another mozilla window, just input the time and synchronize with your time zone.

I used to always get confused about the times of
the auctions :red:
now I just type in google - what time is it in GMT -
or - what time is it in UK - (for example)
it's alot quicker :)
