Hello, yes I have used Tigerdirect.com a ton in the past, last time I used them was back in april, but I have built all my computers, faimilys and friends off the parts I buy through their website. They have always sent me what I orded, and in a timely fashion. I have had no problems or complaints about them, they are a good reliable company, and I would recomend them to anyone.

Dell has better support. If you are buying parts fine, if you are buying a computer but a Dell.

Have used them dozens of times, my company buys all there pc's and parts from tigerdirect, there products and prices are good but there support is GARBAGE !
Try returning a defective pc , they dont make it easy.

I've used TigerDirect in the past as well and haven't had any problems or complaints with them. I'd also recommend Newegg, as I've bought from them numerous times too and no problems there either. :tu:

I haven't had to use the Customer Support at TigerDirect so I can't speak about that, however I can say the support at Newegg is fantastic from my own experience. I ended up buying the wrong processor and they were very professional and ended up waiving the restocking fee for me, even though it was my mistake. Shipping time is always a day or two ahead of schedule as well from my purchases from them.
