Is Neteller Good?

I was just wondering if anyone here has ever used Neteller before? I was thinking about signing up but wanted to know if there has been any issues with them inthe past.

When I was with my old bank they used Netteller for their online banking stuff, was a decent service.

has anyone else? It is one of the options to add money to your account with PokerStars, so I thought that I may try them out.
