But this domain name is worth much more than 25 canadian dollars.
It can serve as an information website for anything related to Canada or to being canadian...
It's like you would say that Canada (dot) info is worthless.
Basically it has the same value, maybe a bit less.

I guess that almost any (dot) info domain may receive $0 appraisals here xD.

It's just my humble opinion, which is what you asked for when you posted your request for an appraisal.

Of course anybody who offers you an estimate on what the value potential is, who says it has no value, always hope they are wrong and that you have every success in making money from the domain.

I do see some value in your domain. It is a decent domain and ok extension.
You cannot compare it to Canada.info. Not even close but I think it is worth low to medium xxx.

Yes, I think you need to find a company that needs to sell its Canadian-ness is some way, e.g. an outdoor clothing brand, for example a company like canada-goose.com. They might create a mini-site or use it in an advertising campaign.

Being Canadian, one part of me is biased, but the domain buyer part of me is a bargain buyer and (hopefully) a reseller to end users!

As for end users...Molson (Canadian beer) and Montreal (Canadiens (typo Canadians NHL team)) fans or product sellers would be my target market...of course I would be very cautious about TM's!

That's why I'm using Sales page.
No parking page with advertisements which could associate the domain with trademark, no infringement.

Generic dictionary word domain with OK usage, so I would be fine

I'm contacting end users one by one, so at least my emails are not going to Spam(received actual confirmation from the receiver that's being reviewed xD).
