I personally believe it has a good potential in the toys industry.

I'm thinking it has a value similar to past domain sales, though not sure in which range(Source:namebio.com, few examples):
localtimes.com - $18,000 DomainNameSales
localcontent.com - $15,000 Afternic
localstars.com - $9,000 Sedo
localrentals.com - $5,000 DomainNameSales

Any other ideas/appraisals ?

I think the best way to look at similar sales is not using the word "local" but the word "toys". The most recent sales with the word "toys" at the end of the name are in the mid $xxx range. However, it seems to me that the word "local" narrows it a bit down. So I would say low $xxx.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts everyone
I will take them under consideration.

I believe the domain can be worth a lot more for the right end user.
I have seen much worse "toys" domains fetch $x,xxx(End User), so I will try to sell it for 4 figures at the very least.
$xxx is more like a resell price IMO.
Many people are looking for the "local" stuff and toys is a major keyword.
Also, a corporation can use it as a redirect to main website.
