I don't use VPN.

It was more to suggest that if you are not in the US it might be your ISP if your ISP was PLDT.

It still might be your ISP no matter where you are located....

when I wanna know if others can see my/any site when I can't see it.. or how they see it.
I use things like https://www.geopeeker.com/home/default

it can be handy depending on situation.. shows you current dns of your domain too etc.

You still might take a look at the VPN options that were mentioned as at least it may allow you access to GD until what ever the issue is is resolved
