Nice read, agreed. Piracy is wrong, I have done it once or twice, but i dont keep the software for more than a few days. Just to test it, and if i like i buy it.

Eh, I guess it's good news. I don't really pirate anything (I have, don't get me wrong. Who hasn't really), but I don't think they should be so harsh on people. They've got to recognize how tempting it is to use a program, and within a few minutes, having something that would have costed them a few hundred bucks right in there hands.

I'm not saying it's good, but it's not has "horrible" as they're trying to make it sound. I don't think it really affects any business that much.

I think you should pay for your music downloads, but not at extortianate prices...

Of course it does. Photoshop costs around $500. 100,000,000’s of people download it and other software like it for free every year. 500 x 100,000,000 = $50,000,000,000

$50,000,000,000 is a LOT of money to loose for anyone.

Obviously these are very rough figures, but you get the idea.
