If not TM problems now someday you will. The band exists long ago so even the inheritors of the bands members can someday claim property over the name and your domain is out of business. The band formed on 1969 so there is no way you can prove the domain was not registered "in bad faith". I would not buy it even for reg price.
Use it for a fan site and you shouldn't have any problems. If you have sections for bio, videos, pics and a forum, it could grow (as long as nobody else has done this already - there's only room for 1 for this band...).
Once you have visits and members, sell it to someone based on potential revenue - and let them deal with any legal issues.
I've not had any problems with this band site I made a year ago: http://maldroid.com/
It really depends what you want to do with it, I would leave it alone personally, unless you wan to start a company totally unrelated, which is probably unlikely?
How do you suppose there are 90k searches if it were not a popular brand name for a rock band?
There is nothing else with this name that is popular.
You cannot make $ with any other concept than the rock band.
