sigma is the equivalent of the alpha and in some cases better, in business terms, except that sigma is the outsider doing things differently.|so the phrase sigma mindset is spot on in business and commercial acumen.

Six sigma (the term) is referring to data driven actions and patterns.

I would use the domain, startup, scale and scale industry , probably relating to resonance and customer acquisition. (how to acquire customers differently, or creative ways to build venture X in industry Y)
