Would only have value if you developed it. Personally, I'd steer clear of ~more brandable .net's unless they are intended to be developed. W/ that said, I like it because I like slang names (scratch = money/~financial news, etc.). But no value as just a standalone domain.

No liquid resale value on this one. Very slight chance of someone else wanting it since there are so many options, and the .net here doesn't make for a compelling choice.
