The $100,000 offer is what we refer to as an enduser. These prices are not unheard of, but you have to be willing to wait and/or market until you find an enduser. It might be difficult for you to recoup you investment on the reseller market. Unless, you happen market it to a reseller who has an enduser request for a mexican related domain.

There are a few basic steps you should consider if you are actively trying to sell this domain. The first being set up a landing page with information about the domain and/or a way for an enduser to contact you.

I'm very intrigued with your landing page. Essentially, by allowing comments to your landing page, you generate user based content? Can you elaborate on why you're using this style landing page, and what sort of results / leads is it generating?

Never see 100k offer again (perhaps they thought they were getting a restaurant/cantina too)

First reaction to seeing this name was a great name for a movie or a book. Turns out it was already a Julie Roberts film before the domain was regged. (one year exactly after)

Domain was offered for sale for $3500 in the middle of the last decade, latter years in euros (i didnt convert the number)

No history of this domain ever being developed that I can find.

Of the most likely endusers, the best would probably be the restaurant/grill/bar that's going for cool branding. I couldnt EVER imagine a national franchise using this name. So you would be stuck with the single restaurant owner offer.

You might have to sell it for half what you paid for it if you are in a hurry to sell. If you don't mind sitting on it a decade you might get full price back. Good Luck.
