I'm not sure if the word "Olympic" is trademarked. The use of it in relation to the "Olympic Games" is a violation.

In your case it appears to be a bad faith reg. in that London will be hosting the next "games".

It's already worth less than $0 because his reg fee is gone unless the OP requests a refund. I see no other entended use for this name other than to dilute the value of the "IOC" trademark.

Aside from the fact the verbage is poor. Should read Olympic+Keyword. Not in reverse and singular. So the term is incorrect in it's singular state. :o

I agree with the value of less than $0. The use of the word olympics is a big no no especially as this can only be used in conjuction with the forthcoming 2012 London Olympics.
As you may or may not be aware even official sponsors are not able to advertise with in the stadiums as the Olympics like to keep the event and the name 'clean'. Thay also activley and vigorously pursue anything that violates their trademark so if I were you I would either drop it and ask for a refund if you cant then dont develop it or try to monetize it. You will just be inviting the lawyers round.
Sorry if this sounds harsh but I dont want to see you getting into hot water.

You are playing around in a big mine field. There are always exceptions, like Olympic.com (paint), but the Olympic committee (sports) is famous for enforcing their mark.

I live next to the Olympic mountains, so there are lots of *legal* exceptions to the rule around here, but in general be very careful in this mine field.
