Exactly the name sells itself. I have the ability to drive traffic to the webpage, i just want to keep visitors there longer. I want to create content similar to buzz feed.

Well, there's a gal with several blog / social pages using that phrase.
She is showing beauty supplies, bags, and clothes.
(She might love to have these domains, but cannot afford them.)

I think the most fitting use is for celebrity news & gossip. People love it.
My wife is a very intelligent & level-headed person, who LOVES celebrity news and gossip.
(Soldier, do you have a lot of knowledge in this area?)

I would sell the undeveloped bundle for mid $x,xxx (end user ricing).
I also think developing would be better than selling.
