I think maybe i could develop it into an Online Travel Agent/Holiday Rental, where people can advertise there holiday homes i.e. Villas for people to search for holiday homes to rent? any thoughts?

I think that is a good idea of yours, for individuals to list their own properties available for holidays.
No idea of value I'm afraid, but as always, if you develop the site the sky is the limit...
