Interestingly enough - The Forums is not only an online term, but is a large mall in Las Vegas (if I remember correctly). I think this is a great set of domains, definetly worth a fair amount. I would put the set in the mix to high x,xxx -xx,xxx range. $8k-15k

The Las Vegas mall I think uses the singular "forum" and not the plural "forums". I've seen mention of "fora" as the correct plural form of forum, though I believe this is somewhat antiquated and as a term certainly in limited use around the web. Try checking "forums" at dictionary.com.
