Hello,
I am selling TheDownloadHouse.com domain name - just testing the waters to see if anyone is willing to pay a reasonable price otherwise I'll hang on to it. It's a great domain to set up a freeware/shareware site, or a place to put cool downloads/videos/ringtones/games etc. Not much traffic at all, about 1 unique per day from search engines. I haven't promoted this AT ALL, only got links from my other site freeflashgames4u.com, I think one PR predictor said it would get PR3 in the next update though.
I was using Adwords to advertise the Real games. This worked ok, but I don't have the time to make it work properly - with no time invested I was breaking even. But google adsense clicks was at 22% CTR so that was pretty good.
Site is for sale as is, some things are working, needs abit of work if you want a proper community thing happening. Runs on Drupal.
