Taking into consideration you are providing the gamescript and that it gets 200 unique hits and 400 game plays a day and it has a page rank(1/10)

I would value the domain at the high $xx to mid $xxx that is my personal opinion

If you can add more games and then you go to sell it after a few weeks you can get upto mid xxx for this one easily, and if the revenue starts to increase, then id say capitalise on the revenue!

Ok kool thanks, ive been adding the games one by one so far so might invest in some game packs and add some videos etc.

I think keep it for a year and see how well it goes.

The residuals over time may be better then a one off sale (unless that one off sale is GOOD ).

And the domain name is nice too.
