I bought this site a month ago off a member from SitePoint and have added a lot of things to it since then. The reason I'm selling is because I'm moving to a different state and don't have the time to promote it like I usually do.

This is a GREAT AdSense site. Let me tell you more about that. It doesn't receive much traffic. According to my AdSense stats, it gets about 100-200 impressions a day but receives about 2-7 clicks each day. The money-per-day it makes ranges from $2-$6.. once it even hit $12 with 14 clicks on it. PM me for last month's AdSense stats.

I barely put any effort into promoting this site. As you can see in my sig, that's the only thing I do.. I place it in my sig and post actively at a few webmaster-related forums. I havn't been doing that lately so traffic is low and there's no clicks =| And like I said, the reason for that is I've been busy packing and getting ready for the move so havn't posted much at the forums that I usually post at.

The site is very easy to update. It uses Textpattern. I get articles from www.ArticleCity.com and post them on there. There's many other places that lets you use their articles so that's a good thing too.

This site is back up for sale.

I just haven't had the time I thought I would to work on it. The traffic and revenue is about the same but has been dropping slowly because I haven't touched the site AT ALL.

I'll actually take a loss and sell it for $175 to anyone interested (if it sells today otherwise it's $200). Buyer gets a free link in my sig until the next Google update.

Hi yes, the stats are attached and I haven't gotten any clicks yet (and I don't want to click my own ads just to prove it) but the reason I bought the site is because I know affiliate keywords are high paying in adsesne.

I planned to give it the proper SEO makeover and links it needs to get traffic but I just don't have the time while I'm building a fan network (plus Im not really into affiliate stuff anyway).

This is a good deal in my opinion, and I'm taking a loss on the sale so no one is suspicious Im just trying to make a quick buck.
