Hello I am new here learning and have few questions

What is the minimum market value of a pronounceable oCCik.com that is hand registered (ex: oltik.com, oprik.com, ortik.com etc)?

Does short age devaluates the domain name as its hand registered and may or may not have a history?

Unless you have a really memorable and easy to pronounce and spell domain .. I don't think they are worth much. Sure you hear of the occasional sale of a similar domain on brand buckets for $2000 .. but those are extremely exceptional. I see similar domains drop unclaimed all the time .. which says pretty much everything about such domains.

They do sell .. but from what I've noticed here and elsewhere .. they don't sell as frequently as people think .. which means you need to be sure to have a top 1% if you're going to buy and hold the domain for a while.
