please help me appraise one more domain name!
How much can it be?

I have watched namebio for the "sushi" keyword. There are few .nets with it:
sushibar(.)net 2,000 $
sushishop(.)net 1,288 $

Is my "thesushi" much worse than these names?
I hope it's a bit bigger than regfee...

I'm not seeing much value in this. Sometimes The+Keyword can be valuable, but moreso in .com. Also, I am not sure that "The Sushi" really makes sense.. If you go to NameBio you will see some .nets in there that start with "The", but they are all ones that make sense and are premium keywords. Also, the ones you gave a much more premium phrases than "the sushi." It doesn't mean you might not find an enduser that still likes it and doesn't mind .net - sometimes small businesses/restaurants will do that. Unfortunately, I'd say it is regfee for reseller and low $xx - low $xxx reseller (more likely on the lower end, but endusers sometimes will pay more than something seems like its worth, especially those not in the tech/web industry who just want a "cool name").
