Is the cost of domaining rising for you, especially domain acquisition at drop catching companies? Or has it actually fallen, now that you can get great buys as many domainers start to liquidate?

Which domainers seem to be liquidating? Have you noticed a trend?

Registering domains have been cheaper than before but accquiring resold domains seem to be more expensive than before...IMHO.

Seriously, if the market ever did crash, it would save renewal fees for alot of people. and it would be a good oppurtunity to pick up some bargains and wait til the market returned. Sell high, buy low. Knowing when, is only known by those in the exchange or what you recently referred to as the interchange?, I believe. Just a crust of bread plz. You can keep the cake.

The cost for acquisition of good names and name groups has definitely risen in the drop market, at least in the auctions I've been involved with. Averege 3 letter .infos at snapnames are going for $150 -$300. Names similar to those that could be regged for $5 10 months ago.

The market has returned, which is why people are liquidating. Just curious, why do you always spell opportunity like a cat, la?

That is the principle, I just haven't picked up on it, but than I'm not really familiar w/ who the old, established blood is so, other than the monster sale a couple of weeks back, I couldn't say. Do continue...<- I mean embellish a little.

Yes the wave has risen again, some people are profit taking {its natural},
i remember there was a hurican set to hit hawaii when i was young lad, i woke that morning and it was sooooo quite nature seemed to stand attentive not the usual sounds of birds or winds but a erie stillness, then the monster arrived and thrashed through the forest with noise that even lowest hell could hear .... the old school knows but thanks goodness for the kids for they will empower this force.
