It seems .PRO is slowly coming out of the cage with cheaper reg prices than they were a year ago and major registrars like netsol taking notice of the extension and promoting it.

I have some names formerly with ELB.com that were (involuntarily) bulk transferred to Netissime.
Have a domain that is expiring tomorrow; want to transfer it out.
But they control panel doesn't let me unlock the domain - and NameSilo is telling me the Auth code is incorrect.

Anyone know how to do it?

For me - also AUTHcode feature doesn't work... for any of my domains... even for active domains...
~14-16 hours ago I have opened a ticket - still no any response...

Per my previous experience with their Support - they may reply even after 2 and more days...
So if possible - call them by phone...

I renewed the domain with them for a year for 9.99 euros just in case support doesn't get back in time. It's an inexpensive peace of mind for what is a valuable domain in my view.
Hopefully support gets back to me. If not I'll need to call them and hopefully they speak English.

After your renewal of this domain - AUTHcode feature works for it?
For me it is blocked completely or something else... when using it - I always get the message in French that I should contact their Support...

Auth code feature appears to work as before, but still showing the same (invalid) auth code.
Luckily it appears the renewal has gone through because the new expiration date shows in WHOIS.

My French isn't good but it seems that the domains weren't inputed fully correctly into their system when Magic acquired ELB.com. The dashboard says that the domain is registered "elsewhere", hence the Advanced Options to unlock the domain or change NS are not available.

I don't plan to renew anything there... for me even better to drop and to register/catch it again...
Their panel is really idiotic and absolutely uncompetitive Support... the worst among all registrars I use...

Probably, it works for you because you had just regular Customer account with ELB...
My account there was of Reseller type...

Today I have received the necessary AUTH-codes via Netissime Support.
So over 2 days after my request.

Today they sent the auth code to me as well.
The auth code was actually the same as what I was able to find in the control panel, but looks like unlocking the domain from their side did the trick. Transfer -> Namesilo underway.

Mistake in my calculation, just rechecked, 1.5 days if exactly.

No issues with my AUTH-codes, transfers are pending normally...

looks like unlocking the domain from their side did the trick.

Yes, lock status in their panel doesn't match its actual status (always check via WHOIS).
Also unlocking actually doesn't work.

p.s. I have unlocked all my domains previously, before this BUG.

They (Netisimme/Magic) don't let you expedite the transfer either, instead forcing you to wait for the 5 days to run down before they will automatically approve the transfer. Useless registrar without access to change NS records and do basic functions like unlocking.

Because it is actually the same LogicBoxes-backend... their only frontend which is functioning via API-commands...
That's why expedition is not supported.
