It seems .PRO is slowly coming out of the cage with cheaper reg prices than they were a year ago and major registrars like netsol taking notice of the extension and promoting it.

Here are some that I picked up in last couple of days:

Lviv - Native name for my city... NOT Lvov (only Russians spell it in such manner).

Hey now... I am a Russian speaking Ukranian. =P We always spelled it Lvov. =P

By what time I mean what time of the day. Does Whois report that?

You are right. The city is now Lviv.

To the soviet Diaspora it is Lvov as pronounced... including the many Ukranians here in the states. Done on this topic. =)

A bunch of Spanish .pro dropped today Wondering how big of a market that is.

It is not comparable TLD at all.

Chances to sell are slightly higher than 0.
