The .PRO Discussion

[InvisionTech]

It seems .PRO is slowly coming out of the cage with cheaper reg prices than they were a year ago and major registrars like netsol taking notice of the extension and promoting it.

Here are some that I picked up in last couple of days:

Alexandria.pro

Anchorage.pro

Arlington.pro

Belfast.pro

Birmingham.pro

Budapest.pro

Durham.pro

Fairfax.pro

Italian.pro

Lisbon.pro

Fire away with your regs after the relaunch on September 8th, 2008.

+ $10.17 regfee is absolutely uncompetitive.

That's why no any GD-domains in WHOIS...

[Jurgen Wolf]

June'30 - the last day of .PROmotional price...
So less and less time for GoDaddy to really start... just ~70 days remain...

[Jurgen Wolf]

As of now the daily netgain for .PRO is the same as without GoDaddy...

[Jurgen Wolf]

Even already saw NameSilo and Uniregistry .PROs but never GoDaddy...

[Zeal]

What does .Pro actually mean. Pro as in Professional, Products, Provision, Promotion ???

No bashing please. I am New in the biz. Just learning. Thanks

[Jurgen Wolf]

Meaning depends on fantasy and knowledge (incl. Latin and foreign languages)...

[Jurgen Wolf]

tank.pro has been caught today by registrar from Pheenix-pool...

[DNGear]

@Jurgen Wolf

Are you renewing them from the start??

[Jurgen Wolf]

My 1st .PRO I got in Sep'2009... actively investing since March'2010...
5 .PRO-sales till now, 4 of them - Geodomains (cities)... High $xxx per domain in average...
